Coach Michael Jessmer has a long history with the number "10". 

It was the number he wore and his dad, who taught him lacrosse, wore.  There are also a number of different things that fall on a 10, or the 10th. 

It's his favorite number.

All the uniforms numbers are chosen by the players based on seniority except #10..

But each year, Coach assigns a player to wear the #10 for the season as a tribute to the player's hard work and dedication to lacrosse and to his team.
